How can I track my order?

What does backordered mean?
Backordered items are temporarily unavailable but will ship later. Typically, these take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to shipping delays or supply chain issues. For updates, contact Customer Service.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
- Changes: Contact Customer Service to see if modifications are possible before shipping.
- Cancellations: Once submitted, order processing begins immediately. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled but can be returned after receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition. Exceptions:
- Non-returnable: Clearance, final sale, custom merchandise, and gift cards.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How to process a return:
- Include your original packing slip or a note with your full name, address, email, and items being returned.
- Pack securely in the original packaging.

When are restocking fees applied?
Restocking fees do not apply to orders and must be returned within 30 days.

- Overnight & Expedited: Same-day shipping for orders placed by 2:30 PM EST (M-F). Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
